Do you work commercial and HOA contracts?
Yes — actively. We hold annual maintenance contracts with HOAs in Decatur, Buckhead, and Stone Mountain, and we have completed one-off commercial jobs across metro Atlanta. We provide named-insured COIs, vendor packets on request, and W-9 forms upfront.

Are you licensed and insured at commercial-job standards?
