How fast will I hear back?
For non-emergency requests submitted 7am–7pm: same-day callback in most cases, otherwise next business morning. For emergencies, call directly — we answer the phone 24/7.
Is the estimate really free? Are there any catches?
Yes, free, no catches. We do not charge for site visits or written estimates. We will provide a written quote on the spot or within 24 hours of the visit. You are not obligated to book anything.
What does the estimate include?
A written quote with: scope of work, equipment plan, estimated days, cleanup details, applicable permit / ordinance handling, replacement-canopy obligations (if any), and a fixed total. Not "starting at" pricing — a fixed number.
Do I need to be home for the estimate?
It helps but is not required. Many estimates we do remotely from photos + Google Earth + your description, then confirm on the day of work. For complex jobs (cabling, multi-tree removal, restricted access) we strongly prefer to walk the property with you.
What if it's an emergency?
